the fall of 1999, my wife and I were interested in purchasing rental property in
the city of Austin. Not knowing any brokers or agents in Austin or what
properties might be available we decided to use the Internet to see what we
could find. I came across the web site for Mr. Bill Kellas and was impressed
with the information I found. While you can’t believe everything you read on
the Internet we decided to give Mr. Kellas a call to let him know we were coming
to Austin the very next day and could we possibly meet with him. This message we
left on his voice mail along with the number of the hotel where we would be

with the other agents and agencies who had clients interested in the properties
we would have been left eating someone else's dust.
In
the end, we ended up buying one of the properties and declining the other after
the inspection. However, the entire process of buying the duplex was completed
in just 14 days and truly went off without a hitch thanks to Mr. Kellas
diligently staying on top of every piece of paperwork necessary to complete the
transaction.
